Health & Fitness February Week 3 – Circuit Training

This week scouts were taking part in a circuit training session. Many thanks to Jo Clarke for guiding them through 10 different stations, such as power lunges, Spiderman, mountain climbers, box jumps, push ups, punches with weights and burpees!
